Pregnancy related insomia, that is!!! The last few weeks have been rough when it comes to gettting QUALITY sleep. And last night was the worst night thus far. I have a habit of falling a sleep on the couch around 7:30 - 8pm, but that isn't anything new, I did that prior to being pregnant. However, what happens recently is I'll wake up about 10:30 - 11:30ish and then can't - and I mean CAN"T fall back asleep. Last night, I got a total of 2.5 hours of sleep. I was up from 10:30pm on.... I tried to wear myself out - I played online, I counted sheep..hahaha! Nothing worked.
So, I'm paying for it today. I'm sitting at my desk ready to crash. I'm determined to get some sleep tonight, so I picked up Tylenol PM at the store durning my lunch (yes, for those that aren't sure...it's safe for me to take). While, I hope I won't need to use it often...I know if I don't get some quality sleep soon, I'm not going to be responsible for my actions :)
I even joked with Jayson this morning and told him that I got more sleep when Hunter was a newborn. I'm thinking this little one is a boy and is starting off early giving his mommy a hard way to go :)
