Inspiration from Ro

I really love Google Reader. I starting managing all of the various blogs I keep up on with Reader and love it! Yesterday, I read a new post on Life Muses by Ro. Ro is the founder of Scrap Girls, my favorite digital scrapbooking community. Ro's post "Sail away from the safe harbor" spoke to me about taking risks. She opened her post with this quote from Mark Twain.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

And I love how she ended her post....

"Everyone has things to be afraid of. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that if we stopped to think about it, we learned that every single day we have to push through moments of feeling afraid about something. It isn't that we are afraid that matters. It is that we move ahead despite being afraid. So go ahead... do something. What are you afraid of?"

Maybe her post speaks to you too.....
