DSP Topic: Write anything, but only for 5 minutes...
My little girl is 5 months old today and I'm a little sad. I'm sure every mom feels this way at one time or another, but I just want to slow time down a little bit. I can't believe that it's already been 5 months since she entered the world and forever changed my life for the better. I love being her mom...I'm honored to be her mom. It just makes me sad that the baby stage seems to be flying by so quickly.

Heather, this journaling NEEDS to be on a layout. It's beautiful and heartfelt and what a wonderful memory for her when she is older. Thanks for sharing!
It does fly by so fast! I agree with Glynis, get your feelings down on a lay out, or just journal. It helps. I can't belive my "babies" are 5 and 3 already! The second time goes by even faster than the first, you just have to treasure each moment and try infuse each memory into your brain! I feel for you, I really do, I often still feel like that, I think as a mom, that feeling will never go away.
Write down little thoughts every day. A little smile, how you feel, it all helps later when you are trying to write something substantial. I have 3 and regret that the early days aren't written down as much. Treasure every moment and DON'T BLINK!!!
I agree with Glynis. You need to have this journaling on a layout. That layout will be one that you will need to look at when your baby gets to be a teenager! lol
Such a precious time and yes, time sure does fly!!! Keep up the journaling it will help slow down time by getting you to focus and express the little moments that you can savor over and over... it helps you to "stop and smell the roses" so to speak.
I agree with Grace, the post would be perfect for a layout.
